Mountain Bike Trails in and around Charlotte, NC.
Lake Norman State Park 704.528.6350 - Located in Troutman, NC (Exit 42/I-77), the Lake Norman State Park trails consist of almost 30 miles of manicured singletrack. The trails at LNSP have something for everyone, with only a couple steep hills, the trails can be ridden by riders of all levels.
North Mecklenburg Park -The trails at N. Meck are about 3.5 miles long and are tons of fun. The trails have a couple technical rooty sections, a fun stream crossing, some climbing and twisting turns. It's a fun place to ride. It's good for beginners and experts. The N. Meck trails host several summer mountain bike races.
Fisher Farm Park - Fisher Farm is located in Davidson, NC off of Shearers Road. This trails a technical with a fair amount of roots and tight turns. This is the trail to go to if you are looking to improve your mountain biking skills. There is approxiamately 5.25 miles of trail.
